In celebration of the Jewish Food Festival taking place July 28 through July 31 in Nay Aug Park, the Everhart and the Jewish Discovery Center are hosting a special exhibition of work by Jewish artists and work inspired by Judaism.
Jewish Art: Tradition & Transformation delves into traditional and modern aspects of Jewish cultures, as well as showcases secular works by Jewish artists. To coincide with the days of the Festival, the Museum will have additional hours and be open July 28–31, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. The exhibition will remain open through October 20.
This exhibition includes the works Siegmund Forst, Hendel Futerfas, Yisrael Gelman, Sam Griffin, Steve Marcus, Zalmy Mochkin, Professor Moses, Yitzchok Moully, Michoel Muchnik, Rivka Nehorai, Brian Shapiro, Elke Sudin, and Rachel Udkoff.
